Traci Bitondo Ph.D.

Traci Bitondo PhD, LPC, LPAT, ATR-BC, ACS, ATCS is an accomplished professional in the field of counseling and art therapy, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Caldwell University since May 2018 and owning Empowered Hearts Therapy, LLC since July 2016. With extensive experience in various educational institutions as an adjunct faculty member, including Cedar Crest College and the University of Maine at Fort Kent, Traci has also worked as an art therapist at Vision Loss Alliance of New Jersey and provided intensive in-community therapy at A Time for Change Counseling, LLC. With a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of the Cumberlands, Traci brings a strong academic foundation and over a decade of clinical experience gained at Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital, Bridges Counseling Center for Child and Family Wellness, and earlier roles, enhancing therapeutic programming and client care across diverse populations.
