Dave Winston

Dave Winston serves as the Managing Partner for the Industrial Practice at The Caldwell Partners International, Inc., where contributions have been made since March 2013. With extensive experience in executive search and a strong track record of successful placements for key leadership positions, Winston has previously held significant roles, including Managing Partner at Heidrick & Struggles for the Americas Industrial Practice and Partner-in-charge of the Dallas office. Additional experience includes founding ChampionScott Partners, consulting for Highland Partners, and managing technology and industrial searches at Korn/Ferry International. Winston's career began as an owner of Perfusion Resources Networks and includes a distinguished tenure as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University.
