With a rich background that includes positions such as Senior Managing Director at Teneo and Managing Director at ZRG Partners, Sophie has extensive experience in executive search and advisory services across multiple industries, particularly in cybersecurity, private wealth management, and AI risk. Sophie also founded and led ValensGoldberg Ltd., focusing on human capital consulting within the wealth management sector. An expert in international markets, Sophie holds a BSc in Oceanography/Geography from Southampton University and A Levels from Prince Rupert College.
