Marina Youssef

Marina Youssef is an accomplished Pharmacist with a Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) degree from the University of Sunderland, obtained in 2014. Currently serving as the Pharmacist Team Lead at Calea Ltd. since February 2019, Marina oversees prescription dispensing activities and supervises pharmacy staff to ensure high standards of accuracy and quality. Previously, Marina worked as a Pharmacy Supervisor at Baxter International Inc., where responsibilities included managing daily compounding activities and implementing continuous improvement projects. Experience also extends to Shoppers Drug Mart Specialty Health Network, where Marina led professional development initiatives and enhanced patient education on medication usage. Marina's earlier role involved various pharmacies across the Greater Toronto Area, where contributions included patient counseling, medication reviews, and inventory management.
