Megan Wong, MSc., BIT, currently serves as a Music Teacher at the Alberta School of Music since 2011, providing music education across various age groups in theory, history, and piano technique while preparing students for performances and examinations. Previously, Megan held the position of Research Assistant at the University of Calgary from September 2014 to August 2019, focusing on establishing and optimizing laboratory protocols and conducting genotyping and DNA manipulation. In January 2021, Megan briefly worked as a Research Assistant again at the University of Calgary, investigating physiological mechanisms of antibiotic resistance, also taking on the role of acting lab manager. Currently, since July 2021, Megan works as a Senior Quality Specialist at Calea Ltd., continuing to apply expertise in quality assurance.
