Chris Hodges

Chris joined Caledonia in 2017 and works within the Private Capital team. He led Caledonia’s investments in Cooke Optics and Deep Sea Electronics. He sits on the board of Cooke Optics.

Previously, Chris was a founding member of the Business Growth Fund investment team and has held roles at The Carlyle Group, 3i plc, and PA Consulting Group. He has spent his career supporting managers of privately-owned companies – either as an investor, adviser, or non-executive director – and has invested in a range of sectors. But, having been educated as a physicist, he has a particular interest in software and technology-enabled services.
