Mathew Masters

Mathew Masters serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Caledonia Investments plc since July 2022, following a long tenure at the same company where Mathew held positions as Head of Quoted Equity and Investment Manager from April 2006 to November 2021. Earlier in his career, Mathew gained experience as a Non-Executive Director at Bristow Group and Tribal Group, and worked as an Associate Director at Grant Thornton UK LLP from January 1995 to March 2006, where Mathew qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1998. Mathew has also worked as an Investment Executive at ECI Partners while seconded from Grant Thornton. Mathew holds a BSc in Building Surveying from the University of Reading, obtained in June 1994, and has completed earlier education at Monkton Combe School and Papplewick Ascot Preparatory School.
