Jessica Sikes

Jessica Sikes is an experienced professional in product development and management within the footwear and accessories industry. Currently serving as the Technical Product Development Manager for Vionic Shoes at Caleres, Inc. since February 2023, Jessica provides technical expertise in various aspects of shoe design and oversees the fit process from development to commercialization. Prior to this role, Jessica held positions as a Sr. Product Developer and Production lead for footwear and accessories at REVOLVE, and as a Footwear Developer at Roxy, focusing on women's and children's footwear. Jessica's career also includes roles at Caleres, Inc. in product development for Dr. Scholl's Shoes, and earlier experience in private label accessory development at Aquarius Ltd. and in retail management at ALDO Group. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from Fontbonne University and has a background in fashion studies from Louisiana Tech University.
