Katelyn Marzette

Katelyn Marzette, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Sr Manager of Human Resources Business Partnerships at Caleres, Inc., since December 2021, after previously holding the title of Manager, HR Business Partnerships. Prior experience includes serving as HR Business Partner II at St. Louis Children's Hospital from August 2016 to December 2021, where Katelyn provided proactive HR consultation aligned with the hospital's business needs. Other roles at St. Louis Children's Hospital include Human Resources Specialist and Program Coordinator. Earlier experience includes an HR Data Analytics Internship at University of Missouri Health Care and various positions at People's Health Centers and St. Louis Art Museum.
