Andrea Mitev-Will

Andrea Mitev-Will is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service operations and management. Currently serving as Service Operations Senior Manager at Calero since March 2020, Andrea oversees an operational team that supports global invoice processing for key clients with an annual operational spend exceeding $199 million. Responsibilities include managing contract and supplier relationships, as well as producing detailed SLA reports for director-level management. Prior to this role, Andrea held positions as an English Teacher at Anka School and Service Manager at AdEPT Technology Group plc, along with earlier experience as a Police Officer with Surrey Police and a Customer Service Representative at Openreach. Andrea holds a BTEC Diploma in Sport Science from Chichester College and has a foundational education from Notre Dame School.
