Joanna Kuszewska-Doughty has extensive experience in service operations and data consulting, currently serving as Service Operations Senior Manager at Calero since May 2019, with prior roles including Service Operations Manager, Data Consultant, and Invoice Analyst. Before joining Calero, Joanna worked as a Customer Advisor at Lloyds Banking Group from May 2018 to May 2019 and held the position of Team Lead at TJ Maxx from October 2012 to May 2018. Joanna earned a degree from the University of Wolverhampton between 2009 and 2013.
