Shameaka R. Baker

Shameaka R. Baker, MBA, currently serves as the Sr. Provisioning Manager at Calero-MDSL since September 2021. Previously, Shameaka worked at Frontier Communications from January 2012 to September 2021 as a Supervisor, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations in a Provisioning Center, training staff, coaching for positive development, and ensuring adherence to performance metrics. Shameaka holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from Saint Leo University.
