Maxim Ratnikov

Maxim Ratnikov has extensive experience in support and security roles, currently serving as a Relief Support Worker at Calgary Alternative Support Services since January 2023. Prior positions include Security and Life Safety at Cadillac Fairview from April 2021 to February 2023, Protection Services Officer at The Salvation Army from December 2017 to April 2021, and Health Care Patient Watch - Security Representative at Paladin Security Group Ltd from November 2015 to July 2018. Additionally, Maxim held various positions in the restaurant sector from May 2004 to May 2015. Maxim obtained education from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) between September 2010 and April 2011.
