Lisa Zaharia CEC, PCC, CCEP is an experienced consultant and executive coach with a diverse background in organizational change management, project management, and strategic thought leadership. Currently serving as an OCM Consultant for the Calgary Board of Education, Lisa has also worked with multiple private companies to enhance executive effectiveness. As the owner of Beyondview Consulting Inc., Lisa has led various corporate and governmental initiatives focused on performance improvement across numerous sectors. Other notable experiences include working as a Senior Project Manager for the Alberta Court of Appeal and contributing to succession planning at Scotiabank. Lisa holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and various other credentials in compliance and business administration.
