Amber Mathiesen

Amber Mathiesen has extensive experience in human resources and recruiting, currently serving as Team Lead for Recruiting & Staffing at Calgary Catholic School District since March 2020, after progressing through roles including Senior Specialist and Coordinator in the same field. Prior to this, Amber worked at the University of Calgary from September 2015 to July 2019, holding positions as HR Administrator and Senior HR Administrator. Earlier experience includes a role as Human Resources Administrator at Harmony Logistics and various positions at AGAT Laboratories, including Marketing Administrator and Client Relations Manager. Amber holds a Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of Calgary and a Business Administration degree from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
