Kristin Jones

Kristin Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and IT service management. Currently serving as the Systems Team Leader at Calgary Catholic School District since October 2018, Kristin leads the delivery of service portal solutions through ServiceNow, focusing on enhancing the online experience for district staff and students.
