Kurby Court

Kurby Court, MA., CCP, currently serves as the President & CEO of the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre since September 2017, having previously held the position of Vice President, Experience. Prior experience includes over two decades at Spruce Meadows, where Kurby served as Vice President of Special Features & Contract Management, overseeing multiple departments related to events and logistics, and as Senior Manager of Operations, where a significant restructuring of the Operations Department was successfully implemented. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Leadership and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership Studies from Royal Roads University, alongside ongoing professional development in convention management.
