Jacey Lawson

Jacey Lawson is an English teacher currently employed at Calhoun City Schools since June 2022, with prior experience at Jackson County School System from April 2020 to May 2022. Jacey has worked in various educational roles, including positions as a Teen Leader at Boys and Girls Club and a Substitute Teacher at Murray County Schools. Additionally, Jacey has experience in customer service as a cashier at Big V and as a barista at Starbucks, along with office support duties as a Student Worker at the University of North Georgia. Jacey holds a Bachelor’s degree in English with a literature concentration from the University of North Georgia and a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from Young Harris College, along with two Specialist degrees in Educational/Instructional Technology and School Librarian/School Library Media Specialist from Valdosta State University.
