Lucy Keoni

Lucy Keoni is an experienced professional in operations, community engagement, and real estate. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Calia Homes since October 2024, Lucy oversees strategic and day-to-day operations. As the Founder of StartUpRising since January 2014, Lucy mobilizes the tech community towards inclusive action, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion. With a consulting background that spans various sectors since May 2012, Lucy provides expertise in program management, coaching, business development, and organizational strategy. Previous roles include Head of Customer Experience at Bardeen, Client Partner in the Technology Industry at Slalom, and Sr. Director of Customer Success at Censia. Lucy holds a BSC in Marketing from Santa Clara University and has also studied at the University of California, Berkeley.
