Val Aleyaseen is a seasoned leader in the energy sector with 20 years of experience, specializing in nuclear projects. They currently serve as a Director at Calian Group, where they lead standardized project management initiatives and support a significant Canadian utility's nuclear new build program. Previously, Val held roles such as Senior Program Manager at Kinectrics and Section Manager at Bruce Power, where they demonstrated exceptional skills in managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects. Val is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering at McGill University.
