Riki Shearer

Riki Shearer is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical design and management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Regional Manager at Caliber Design since May 2022, Riki also holds the position of Director at Wakapuaka Design LTD. Previously, Riki worked with TRINDER ENGINEERING LIMITED from February 2015 to June 2021 in various roles including Mechanical Design and Design Engineering Manager, and was a Product Development Engineer at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare from January 2013 to December 2014. Riki's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Canterbury and a Private Pilot’s License in General Aviation from Pacific Pilot Training.
