Kateryna Shirolkar has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as a Real Estate Broker at Caliber Group - Compass since January 2017 and a Short Sale Negotiator and Consultant at Legal Short Sales since March 2016. Previously, Kateryna held various roles, including WA Real Estate Broker at The Force Realty and Short Sale Negotiator at both Premises Law Group, PLLC and Ark Law Group, PLLC. With a focus on short sales and debt negotiation, Kateryna has successfully assisted sellers and agents in resolving complex financial issues while effectively postponing foreclosure sales. Kateryna's career began as a Real Estate Broker at Coldwell Banker and has evolved through various roles in project management and technical support. Kateryna holds a Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Uzhgorod State University, Ukraine, obtained between 1992 and 1997.
