Edward Randolph

Edward Randolph is a seasoned energy policy expert with extensive experience in strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as a Partner at Caliber Strategies since April 2022, Randolph previously held prominent positions at the California Public Utilities Commission, including Director of the Energy Division and Deputy Executive Director for Energy and Climate Policy, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing a large staff and managing pivotal regulatory and policy initiatives. Earlier roles included Director of the Office of Government Affairs at the California Public Utilities Commission and Chief Consultant for the Utilities and Commerce Committee in the California State Assembly, focusing on legislative and policy advancements in energy and telecommunications. Randolph holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from UC San Diego.
