Karen Wolff has over 18 years of work experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Karen started their career at GNF in 2002 as a Senior Research Associate I and later became a Senior Research Associate II. In 2006, they joined Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR) as a Scientific Associate II before progressing to Scientist I and then Scientist II. In 2011, they returned to GNF as a Scientist II and was promoted to a Scientific Technical Leader I. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a Principal Scientist II at GNF. Currently, they are the Associate Director of Global Health at Calibr at Scripps Research.
Karen Wolff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology from UC Santa Barbara, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Karen further pursued their education at UC Santa Barbara and attained a Master's degree in Molecular Biology from 2000 to 2002.
