Kat Jameson

Kat Jameson currently serves as an Executive Search Assistant at CALIBRATE, where the focus is on enhancing operational excellence for law firms through optimized talent and processes. Prior experience includes mentoring first-year and transfer business students at the University of Oregon's Charles H. Lundquist College of Business, along with multiple roles there, such as Peer Advising Coordinator and Peer Advisor, which involved recruitment, scheduling, and academic guidance. Additionally, Kat gained valuable insights into political and business environments in Africa as an Assistant Consultant for Public Affairs Africa and contributed to marketing efforts for The Healing Collective during a summer internship.
