Erin Finn

Erin Finn, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Coaching at Calibrate, overseeing a national team of over 200 Coaches and Managers in a dynamic startup environment, where policies and procedures are developed. Prior experience includes the role of Regional Operations Director at DaVita Kidney Care, managing a large team across multiple hospitals in Oregon and California, focusing on leadership development and team support. Previous positions at DaVita involved managing hospital services and leading teams of healthcare professionals, while also participating in the Redwoods Leadership Development Program to enhance leadership skills. Erin Finn holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BS in General Science from the University of Oregon.
