James Flashman-Fox

James is a Partner based in the London office. His primary focus is on helping clients hire C-level leaders to drive technology, operations, and digital transformation. His primary focus is on the sports sector, but he also works with clients in the high-end retail, luxury travel, and real estate sectors, working with a diverse range of clients from earlier-stage high-growth companies through to large global enterprises.

Before Calibre One, James spent 4 years as Head of Recruitment for an industry-leading executive search boutique within the luxury hospitality and retail space, where he played a pivotal role in the successful growth of the business, having joined as the first employee.

James holds an LLB Honours in Law from Newcastle University, along with CFA IMC I & II.
