Monica Puppi

Monica Puppi has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Monica started their career as an HR Regional Analyst at Hewlett-Packard in 2000. Monica then worked as a Training Sr. Analyst at Accenture in 2004. Following that, they joined The Boston Consulting Group as an HR Coordinator (Lead) in 2004, where they remained until 2010.

In 2010, Monica joined Pfizer as the Manager of HR Latin America Operations and later became the Manager of Regional Talent Acquisition. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Manager, HR Business Partner, attending to all HR matters and taking on responsibilities such as restructuring, training needs definitions, compensation and benefits, and legal contingencies resolution. Monica also led the design and implementation of the Union Career Plan during their time at Pfizer.

From 2016 to 2022, Monica worked as an HR Sr. Consultant, taking on the role of Manager HR. In this position, they acted as an HR Business Partner, focusing on stakeholder management, HR strategy and implementation, recruitment and selection strategy, performance evaluations, compensation and benefits, and talent productivity and development. In 2022, Monica joined KAISER+KRAFT as a Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, where they worked until 2023. Currently, Monica is serving as the Director of People and Culture for Western and Southern Europe at Calibre Scientific, Inc., a position they have held since May 2023.
