Benjamin Langford has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Benjamin began their career in 2010 as a Senior Automotive Maintenance Fleet Manager in the US Army, where they planned, managed, and maintained material readiness for a wide range of vehicles and equipment. Benjamin also provided guidance on maintenance policies and procedures and monitored the administration of maintenance management systems. Benjamin's achievements in this role include maintaining a high operational readiness rate and implementing efficient systems.

In 2021, Benjamin worked as a Maintenance Supervisor at Greyhound Lines, Inc., where they supervised and ensured maintenance readiness for the company's equipment.

Currently, Benjamin is working as a Program Analyst at CALIBRE Systems, Inc. Their responsibilities include analyzing data related to fielded Army weapons and material systems, developing operating and support costs for Army cost analysis and budgeting processes, and serving as a subject matter expert in Army logistics and enterprise resource planning systems.

Benjamin Langford pursued their education at Excelsior University, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Administrative and Management Studies. Benjamin completed this degree in the year 2020. Following that, Benjamin enrolled in Excelsior University again, this time for a Bachelor of Professional Studies degree in Business and Management, which they are expected to complete between 2021 and 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Benjamin Langford also obtained the certification of Demonstrated Senior Logistician Certified from SOLE-The International Society of Logistics in March 2016.
