Jorge Martinez

Jorge Martinez has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Jorge worked at CALIBRE Systems, Inc. as an Automotive Technical Recruiter III, where they excelled in task management, technical expertise, communication, social networking, production, quality control, and providing accurate information about veterans benefits. Prior to that, Jorge had a long career in the US Army, where they held various roles such as Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, Senior Recruiter Trainer, and Senior Recruiter Manager. In these positions, they managed and mentored teams, accomplished annual recruiting missions, monitored contract volume achievements, assessed and planned training, identified deficiencies, and engaged with the community. Jorge also served as a Senior OH 58D Maintainer Instructor and Writer during their time in the US Army.

Jorge Martinez began their education at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez in 1983, where they studied Industrial Engineering until 1987. Following that, from 1987 to 1988, they attended the Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico, continuing their studies in Industrial Engineering. In 1994, Jorge then attended the University of Maryland Global Campus to pursue Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. However, no degree information was provided for any of these educational experiences.
