Larissa Ginty

Larissa Ginty has extensive experience in military human resources and education, currently serving as the Department Chair for Futures at CALIBRE Systems, Inc. since November 2011, where responsibilities include instructing various courses and authoring sections of a senior leader reference handbook. Prior to this role, Larissa held positions within the U.S. Army, including BRAC Movement Coordinator and CBRN Officer, effectively managing personnel transitions and enhancing operational efficiency. Notable achievements include coordinating the movement of personnel and equipment, increasing customer satisfaction, and significantly improving deployment statistics. Larissa holds a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from John Carroll University.
