Rosemarie Richard has a diverse work experience in the field of program management and natural resources management. Their most recent role was as a Program Manager at CALIBRE Systems, where they were responsible for process improvement documentation, task tracking, and project management for large contracts. Prior to that, they worked as a Natural Resources Manager at the Center for Environmental Management of Military Land (CEMML), where they provided guidance and developed content for training courses. Rosemarie also served as a Senior Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they managed the execution of an ITAM program and provided expertise on land rehabilitation and maintenance. Additionally, they worked as a Program Manager at Engineering and Environment Inc., overseeing an ITAM program budget and developing educational materials. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Range and Training Land Assessment (RTLA) Assistant at the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education, where they worked with RTLA Coordinators to develop monitoring assessments and provided assistance in planning and developing monitoring efforts.

Rosemarie Richard has a Master's Degree in Environmental Education from Antioch New England Graduate School, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General at Long Island University, Southampton Campus from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in February 2011.
