Alexis St. Clair

Alexis St. Clair is Calico’s HR Coordinator, Alexis works closely with the HR Manager and serves as the first point of contact for general HR questions/matters for employees. She supports the full employee life cycle including but not limited to: on-boarding and off-boarding employees, benefits enrollment/management, and tracking and documenting employee changes. She also works closely with administration supporting duties such as talent acquisition logistics, performance management, payroll, and employee engagement, and provides general administrative support.
