Ahad Baig

Ahad Baig is a Design Engineer at Calidus, LLC since February 2023 and also serves as the Founder of 971Retrofits, a company dedicated to retrofitting outdated vehicles with modern lighting components to enhance reliability and performance. Prior experience includes working as a Production Engineer at MoTeC Middle East from July 2021 to February 2023, where Ahad Baig improved in-house production by streamlining subcontracting and developing engineering documentation. Additionally, Ahad Baig worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Islands Auto in early 2021, focusing on refurbishing and remanufacturing various vehicle components. Ahad Baig holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, having completed prior studies at Penn State Harrisburg.
