Lisa Autino Johnson, CPA, CCIFP has over 30 years of work experience in various financial roles. Lisa began their career in 1987 as a Tax Specialist at McGladrey & Pullen. Lisa then joined Corbins Electric in 1992, where they served as Chief Financial Officer for over two decades. Their responsibilities included managing work in progress, key credit relationships, financial statement reporting and analysis, cash management, and overseeing multiple entities. Lisa also oversaw risk management, human resources, information technology, accounting, and safety.

In 2013, Lisa joined Harmon Electric as the VP of Accounting & Administration, where they maintained key credit relationships, managed risk, and streamlined workflow and efficiency through process improvements. Lisa then joined Caliente Construction in 2014 as the Controller before being promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2015. In their current role, Lisa leads and mentors the accounting department, reduces end-of-month close time, and manages work in progress, financial statement reporting and analysis, 401(k) management, benefits, and key credit relationships.

Lisa Autino Johnson, CPA, CCIFP, received their Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Northern Arizona University from 1983 to 1986. Their field of study included Accounting and Business Administration. In 1995, Lisa attended the Leadership Development Forum at Arizona Builders' Alliance, although they did not obtain a specific degree. Additionally, from 2000 to 2005, they enrolled in Rapport Leadership International and became a Master Graduate in their program.

Lisa has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. Lisa is a Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP), which they acquired from the Plan Sponsor Council of America in September 2021. Furthermore, Lisa is a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP), granted to their by the Institute of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professionals. Additionally, they hold the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential issued by the Arizona State Board of Accountancy. However, the exact dates of obtaining the CCIFP and CPA certifications are not specified.
