Mara Garcia Tellez

Mara Garcia Tellez has worked in various roles in Human Resources over the years. Mara started their career as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson, from March 2008 to August 2009. Mara then worked as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Interware de Mexico, focusing on staffing, talent acquisition, employment, and organizational development, from September 2009 to September 2012. From February 2013 to March 2016, they served as the Human Resources Manager at MercadoLibre.com, responsible for implementing global, regional, and local strategies, providing support to multiple business segments, and managing HR projects. Following this, they held the position of Human Resources Head for Mexico & Colombia at Teradata from July 2016 to August 2019. Currently, they are working as the Human Resources Director at Caliente Interactive, starting from August 2019.

Mara Garcia Tellez holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Universidad Panamericana, which they earned from 2015 to 2017. Mara also obtained a Speciality in Human Capital Management from the same university in the period of 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Licentiate degree in Psychology at Universidad del Valle de México from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they have acquired two certifications, namely "Coaching Multidimensional" from Grupo Esco in August 2019 and "Reclutamiento y Selección de Personal por Competencias" from American Management Association in March 2010.
