Ronald Alcaraz has extensive experience in fraud detection and analysis within the gaming and finance sectors. Currently serving in a Fraud and Finance role at Caliente Interactive since March 2015, Ronald Alcaraz is responsible for investigating fraudulent activities, identifying patterns, and flagging high-risk transactions, while also monitoring traffic for potential threats. Prior to this position, Ronald Alcaraz worked as a Senior Fraud Specialist at Paragon ICC/Winner Casino from June 2013 to March 2015, where responsibilities included conducting in-depth investigations of customer behaviors for fraud and monitoring traffic for harmful activities. Ronald Alcaraz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing Science from Our Lady of Fatima University, earned between 2005 and 2009.
