Brent W. has extensive work experience in demand planning and supply chain management. Brent currently holds the position of Senior Manager, Demand Planning Innovation at Califia Farms since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Demand Planning at Califia Farms from April 2020 to April 2022. From April 2017 to April 2020, Brent worked as a Demand Planning Manager at Califia Farms.

Before joining Califia Farms, Brent worked at Nestlé for several years. From July 2014 to March 2017, they held the role of Lead Demand Planner - Confections & Global Foods Division. In this capacity, they managed consensus S&OP forecasting for over 120 diverse items, contributing to over $330 million in annual revenue. Brent utilized various tools, including Nielsen data, retailer Point-of-Sale data, velocity and inventory analysis to lead collaborative customer forecasting with major retail accounts such as Walmart, Sam's Club, and Target. Additionally, Brent was responsible for refining and implementing a new global planning system and played a crucial role in achieving organic sales growth and demand plan accuracy.

Prior to their role as Lead Demand Planner, Brent worked as a Production Planner & MRP Planner at the Willy Wonka Factory from November 2012 to July 2014. Brent developed optimized labor, production, and maintenance plans for a candy factory and delivered factory schedule attainment over 93%, leading to operational excellence savings. Brent also implemented several process improvements, resulting in significant cost savings and decreased line shutdowns.

Brent's previous experience also includes roles at The J.M. Smucker Company, Marathon Petroleum Corporation, and Speedway LLC as an intern in supply planning, procurement, and operations management, respectively.

Brent W. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Logistics Management and Mathematics from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Brent completed their studies from 2006 to 2011.
