Clarice Turner has a diverse and extensive work experience. Clarice started their career at PepsiCo, holding various roles including Market Manager and National Director of Canadian Operations. Clarice then moved on to Yum! Brands, where they served as the Director of Business Development and National Director of Operations. Following this, they worked at Papa Murphy's International as the President and Chief Operating Officer.

Clarice then joined Starbucks, where they served in several senior leadership positions including Senior Vice President and General Manager of Global Supply Chain Strategy, Global Food & Evenings Business, America's License Business, and US Business. After Starbucks, Clarice joined Boudin as the Chief Executive Officer. Clarice then became the President of Joseph Phelps Vineyards, a medium-sized family-owned winery.
