Samanta Lal, MS, RDH, is currently the Site Director at Kaiser Permanente, overseeing quality outcomes at Oakland and Richmond Medical Centers. Samanta also serves as the Chairperson of the Mentorship Committee at the California Association of Healthcare Leaders. With a background in healthcare leadership and dental hygiene, Samanta has experience in managing clinical operations, patient care, and project management.
