Joe Opris

Joe Opris serves as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources at California Baptist University since May 2023. Prior to this role, Joe held positions as Human Resources Director at both Eastern Municipal Water District and San Bernardino Community College District, where Joe developed and implemented HR strategies and overseen departmental operations. Joe's earlier experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Forest Home Christian Camp and involvement in employee relations, benefits coordination, and HR analytics at the City of San Bernardino. Joe began a career in HR as an HR Coordinator at Esri. Joe holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California Baptist University.
