Bill Parchen

Bill Parchen is an experienced human resources professional with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as AVP of Human Resources at Travelers since January 2013, Bill previously held various director-level HR positions at United Technologies, HD Supply, and NEBS/Deluxe Corporation. Bill's career in human resources began as a Manager at LESCO, Inc., and includes foundational experience as an Officer in the US Navy. Bill earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from Miami University.
