Rhonda Clement

Rhonda (Furia) Clement serves as the Director of Strategic Engagement and College of Engineering Liaison to Industry at California Baptist University, where significant contributions are made to enhance connections between academia and industry. Prior to this role, Rhonda worked at the International Mission Board focusing on international relations in a non-profit context. Additionally, Rhonda gained extensive technical expertise as a Senior Engineer Scientist at McDonnell Douglas Corporation. Rhonda holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Aircraft Structure Analysis from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
