Tim Gramling

Dean of the Dr. Robert K. Jabs School of Business at California Baptist University

Dr. Tim Gramling is currently the Dean of the Dr. Robert K. Jabs School of Business at California Baptist University. Prior to their current position, they served as the Executive Director at UEI College and West Coast University. Tim was also the President of Brooks Institute and Colorado Technical University.

Dr. Gramling has dedicated their career to education and helping others succeed. Tim has a wealth of experience in leadership and management, which they have used to improve countless lives. Tim is passionate about making a difference in the world and empowering others to reach their full potential.

Tim Gramling received a B.A. in Computer Science from Harvard University, an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a LP.D. in Factors impacting graduation odds from college career and degree programs from Northeastern University. Tim is certified by Microsoft as a Microsoft Excel Expert (Microsoft 365 Apps and Office 2019) and as a Microsoft Excel (Microsoft 365 Apps and Office 2019). Tim is also certified by the American College of Healthcare Executives as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and by the Federal Aviation Administration - FAA as a Private Helicopter Pilot.

Tim Gramling works with Mark Roberson - Dean of the College of Architecture, Visual Arts & Design, Anthony Lammons - Dean of Students, and Karen Bradley - Dean of the College of Nursing. Their manager is Charles Sands, Provost & VP for Academic Affairs.
