April Vasquez

April Vasquez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. April started their career in 1999 as an Office Manager at Renegade Productions. From there, they moved on to The Bagelry where they worked as a Manager from 2001 to 2007. In 2007, they joined CCOF as a Senior Grower Certification Specialist and later became the Senior Quality & Compliance Supervisor. In 2016, they became the Director of Farm Certification Programs at CCOF and also served as the President of Envirocann. Currently, they hold the role of Chief Certification Officer at CCOF.

April Vasquez completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies & Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2002 to 2006. April then pursued a Certificate in Massage Therapy from Twin Lakes College of the Healing Arts in 2011 and 2012. In 2018 and 2019, they attended Cornell University and earned a degree in Financial Business Management. In 2020, April completed a Certificate Program on Financial Success for Nonprofits from Cornell University. Most recently, from 2023 to 2024, they attended California State University, Monterey Bay, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Responsible Business.
