Arthur Bassett is an experienced professional in organic agriculture and community development, currently serving as an Organic Agriculture Inspector at CCOF since June 2015, where responsibilities include reviewing producers' operations to ensure compliance with National Organic Program regulations. Previously, Arthur worked as a Coffee Post Harvest Production Volunteer with Partners of the Americas, as a Recreation Technician for the US Forest Service, and in various roles at Café Justo, including Sales Representative and Sustainability Coordinator. Additional experience includes serving as an Outreach Coordinator Assistant with the National Phenology Network, an Outreach Volunteer with AmeriCorps, and a Community Volunteer with the Peace Corps. Arthur holds a Master of Science in Planning from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from Northern Arizona University.
