David Apple is an experienced professional in organic agriculture and farm certification, currently serving as a Farm Investigations Specialist at CCOF since September 2014, where responsibilities include reviewing complaints and investigations related to certified organic farms and ensuring compliance with NOP regulations. Previously held roles as a Senior Farm Certification Specialist, focusing on organic certification processes, and worked in various capacities within ecological food systems and organic farming since 2010. David Apple has a strong educational background with an Associate of Science in Horticulture and Crop Production from Cabrillo College. Prior to a career in agriculture, David Apple held positions in helmet certification testing and worked as a paralegal in the California Army National Guard.
