Laetitia Benador

Senior Policy Advocate at CCOF

Laetitia Benador is a Senior Policy Advocate at CCOF, with a focus on livestock and meat processing issues, organic livestock regulations, and supply chain development since June 2018. Previously, Laetitia held roles as Senior Policy Research Specialist, Policy Research Specialist, and Research Fellow, leading the "Roadmap to an Organic California" project to explore the role of organic practices in addressing California's critical challenges. Prior experience includes farming certified organic and biodynamic produce and livestock from February 2016 to March 2018 and serving as the Food Justice Newsletter Editor at Food First/Institute for Food and Development Policy from January 2015 to June 2016. Laetitia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy with a concentration in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2014.
