Adam Regele began their work experience in 2011, starting with various law clerk roles at organizations such as the California Public Utilities Commission and the California Energy Commission. In 2012, they served as a legal extern at Earthjustice. The following year, they joined the Center for State and Local Government at the University of California, Hastings, where they worked on the Cap & Trade Project for the California Air Resources Board. In 2013, Regele had positions as a fellow in the Litigation and Arbitration Unit at the Oakland City Attorney's office and as a judicial law clerk at the United States District Court. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an associate attorney at Adams, Broadwell, Joseph & Cardozo LLP, specializing in environmental law. Regele then joined Meyers Nave in 2015 as an associate attorney in the Environment and Land Use Practice. Finally, they currently hold positions at the California Chamber of Commerce, where they started as a policy advocate focusing on environment and land use in 2018, became a senior policy advocate in 2021, and is now the Vice President of Advocacy and Strategic Partnerships starting in 2023.

Adam Regele holds a J.D. degree with a concentration in Government Law from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). Adam also completed their undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, earning a B.S. degree in Environmental Science Policy & Management.
