Fiorella Del Carpio

Fiorella is the Managing Director, Human Resources and Special Projects, where she is responsible for the human capital strategies of the organization with regard to HR policies, programs, & procedures. In addition she is leading key initiatives related to company culture, talent, diversity, equity, & inclusion. Her commitment to social justice began with her community liaison roles within Crystal Stairs where her advocacy efforts focused on early education for kids. Fiorella was born in Peru and has resided in Los Angeles County since she immigrated to the states. She is a first generation college graduate from California State University, Los Angeles, which has also contributed to her passion in access to quality education opportunities for all. She is a proud mom that is constantly building and picking up Legos.
